During my Easter weekend trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a lodge on the banks of the Chobe River. the views from my accommodation were breathtaking, overlooking the river with its abundant wildlife. the meals were delicious, offering a great variety of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the lodge provided daily boat tours that allowed us to explore the river and surrounding areas.
The lodge did not provide Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. the border crossings required to go on game drives in the national park were time-consuming, limiting the opportunities for morning and evening drives.
